Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Handmade or made-to-order items may require additional production time, which will be clearly noted on the product page.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer standard and express delivery options within the United Kingdom and international shipping to select countries.

Estimated delivery times:

  • UK Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • UK Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (depending on destination)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs delays or courier availability.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can track your shipment at any time through the provided link.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Nazm Studio is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees applied to international orders. All charges imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages & Lost Packages

Nazm Studio is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately so we can assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged items for inspection.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. After that, your order may already be in process and cannot be altered.
