Collector’s Note

Stone Meadow is a hand knotted wool rug woven in a soft palette of stone grey, cream, and muted gold. Made using traditional Persian techniques, it features a detailed floral field framed by a narrow border, with motifs that trace their origins to classical workshop designs. A light wash softens the outlines and gives the rug its diffused, timeworn appearance.

The composition is balanced and understated, with scrolling vines and stylized blossoms arranged in a symmetrical layout. The fine knotting and gentle tonal shifts create a surface that blends easily into contemporary or transitional interiors.

This rug works particularly well in living rooms, bedrooms, and calm, neutral spaces. Its pale palette brightens a room without drawing too much attention, pairing naturally with wood, linen, and soft minimal upholstery.
